Admissions
Application to Midway Covenant Christian School (MCCS) does not guarantee admission to the school. We admit students of any sex, race, color and national or ethnic origin. Each applicant is carefully and prayerfully considered.

Admission is based on several stages including written application, student evaluation, previous transcript, teacher/principal recommendations, previous interview and the commitment of the parents to the educational philosophy of a covenantal Christian School.

Tuition Payment, Policies and Rate:
- Tuition is due the 15th of each month, August through May.
- Any payment not received in the bookkeeper's in-box by 3:00 pm, the twenty-fifth (25th) of the month, no matter the day of the week that it falls, will be assessed a delinquent fee of $20.00.
- Returned checks will result in a $30.00 charge.
- If two checks are returned as insufficient in a school year, personal checks will no longer be accepted as payment for anything.
- NO sibling discount is given for students in K4-K5 half day.
Example: One student in full day program and one student in the half day program, both will be full tuition cost, neither receives a sibling discount.
- Students who have delinquent accounts will have a hold placed on their records. Report cards and test results will not be released until the account has been paid in full.
Other Fees:
Re-enrollment fee: $75.00
This non-refundable, non-transferable fee applies to all returning students. It verifies that your student will be returning next year, provided they end the year in good standing.
Application fee: $125.00
This non-refundable, non-transferable processing fee is assessed to all new students enrolling in MCCS. It also applies to siblings of returning students.
Supply fee:
$150 (K4 three day - K5 half day students)
$225 (K5 Full day - 5th grade students)
$250 (6th - 8th grade students)
This annual fee helps defray the cost of textbooks, achievement tests, ACSI dues and most materials your student will need. It is a non-refundable, non-transferable fee due by June 15 for returning students. For new students, the supply fee is due upon acceptance into our program and is non-refundable and non-transferable. All books and other items covered by these fees remain the property of the school.
Activity fee: $105.00
This annual fee covers a variety of activities including field trips, Field Day, Mother’s Day Brunch, Donuts for Dad, and yearbooks etc. It does not cover parent participation in the events. This fee is due with the first tuition payment on August 15.
Development fee:
$300 (New families to MCCS)
This non-refundable, non-transferable fee is a one time capital growth and enhancement fee assessed to all new families to MCCS. This fee is due June 15 or at acceptance, whichever comes first.
Withdrawal fee:
It is assumed you are enrolling your student for the entire year; therefore, budgets and teacher contracts are set accordingly. If, after enrollment, a student(s) is voluntarily withdrawn, a 30-day written notice is required. At that time, a fee of $550.00 for grades K4 five day through 8th and a fee of $300.00 for K4 three day will be due and payable per student. If a student(s) is suspended or dismissed at that time a fee of $550.00 for grades K4 five day through 8th and a fee of $300 for K4 three day will be due and payable per student. The business office will handle these issues on an individual basis.
