You may place the order by 3:00pm on the last Wednesday of the month. The current menu is attached to this email. It can also be found on the website under the “Midway Life” tab or click the link below. Lastly, the menu is listed under Resource Documents in the FACTS Family Portal.
Please carefully note the dates and the entrée choice. The menus are named by the month; however, the lunch menu will always be complete weeks (usually 3 or 4, not necessarily a complete month). The cost of lunch is $4.00 per lunch. If you wish to purchase an extra entrée, the charge is $1.50.
Once you have completed the lunch order, the total due is at the bottom of the page.
You can pay the amount due for the month's lunches or pay ahead. Lunches will be subtracted from the total as they are consumed. Although online payments are preferred, a check or cash may be delivered to the office for lunch payments.
Snacks are available for purchase during the lunch period for 1st – 8th grades. Snacks should be purchased with cash. Please do not send snack money larger than $5.00.
If you realize you have made a mistake with your order, please do not try to correct it. Please feel free to email our Lunchroom Coordinator.

- Choose the box that shows “ADD FUNDS” and follow the prompts.
